By booking a session with Kiana Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date. This fee is deducted from the final balance.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the session.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session may be rescheduled without penalty.
- Cancellations within 72 hours may result in the loss of your booking fee.
- In case of illness or emergencies, we will do our best to reschedule your session at no extra cost.
3. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time. Sessions that start late due to client delay may be shortened, and full session fees will still apply.
4. Image Delivery
- Edited images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks via an online gallery unless otherwise agreed.
- Raw or unedited images are not included or released under any circumstances.
- The number of final edited images will depend on the session package purchased.
5. Image Use & Copyright
- All images remain the copyright of Kiana Photography.
- Clients are granted personal use rights to print and share images for non-commercial purposes.
- Kiana Photography reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, marketing, and social media unless the client opts out in writing.
6. Client Cooperation
- The success of the session depends on client cooperation. Please ensure that all participants are ready and willing to be photographed.
- Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
7. Artistic Style & Editing
- Kiana Photography retains full creative control over the final look of all images, including style, colour grading, and retouching.
- Requests for extensive or specific editing beyond skin smoothing, lighting correction, and minor retouching may incur additional charges.
8. Liability
- While all reasonable care will be taken, Kiana Photography cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss during the session.
- In the unlikely event of equipment failure, cancellation by the photographer, or loss of images, liability is limited to the return of any payments made.
9. Gift Vouchers & Promotions
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
- Promotional offers may not be combined and are subject to availability.
